Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Finance Leader to lead fractional role of an Applied AI strategy and growth leader tailored to the Investment Management and Banking needs. This role combines deep sector knowledge with advanced AI expertise to help organizations transform business models, enhance efficiency, and unlock new revenue opportunities. Familiarity with Middle East and Africa compliance and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & AI Innovation

• Define and implement AI and Generative AI strategies for investment management and banking in Middle East and Africa.

• Build offerings that address key challenges in process transformation, automation, and data governance.

Client Engagement & Transformation Delivery

• Serve as a senior advisor to C-suite executives, guiding them on AI adoption, scaling strategies, and organizational readiness.

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering AI-enabled solutions across the investment and banking lifecycle.

Thought Leadership & Market Influence

• Contribute to the industry dialogue on applied AI through research, whitepapers, and public forums.

• Act as a subject-matter expert on agentic AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.

Practice Development & Talent Management

• Build and mentor high-performing teams of strategists, technologists, and data professionals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 15+ years in management consulting, strategy, or digital transformation, with significant focus on financial services (banking and investment management) and/or real estate.

• Technology Expertise: Strong background in AI, automation, and advanced analytics with proven ability to apply them to complex business challenges.

• Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading strategic growth offerings or practices within a professional services environment.

• Industry Recognition: Known contributor to thought leadership, research, or industry innovation in AI or financial services.
